Last December, Barroso pressed ahead with the energy and climate change package, despite the looming recession. Both with this package, and his ideas on climate finance, Europe is leading the scare and mumbojumbo towards a bewildering global agreement in Copenhagen.
Barroso clims that while the Lisbon Strategy has fallen short on some counts, it has increased the resilience of our economies. It has helped us to weather the crisis better than we would otherwise have done. Equally, Barroso is proud that this Commission adopted the Recommendation on Active Inclusion. Barroso notes certain aspects of the precrisis economic model were unsustainable. That is why the crisis occurred. And we definitely need a new model of growth, one which does not result in the degradation of the earth’s resources.
Barroso asserts this is a battle which must be fought at international level. The crisis has shown us how interdependent we are. It has demonstrated beyond any doubt that globalization is irreversible. The problem is that globalization has developed spontaneously. It has never been shaped by rules or governing principles. Barroso believes that we now need a new globalization, one that is based on a clear set of values. This requires effective global governance.
Eurokleptocracy thrives on waste, fraud, and abuse(WFA), and Europeans who don’t know what they’re talking about. But Europe can only make that contribution if it remains strong and united. Venitis notes the outrageous total immunity of Graecokleptocrats is the most disgusting thing on Earth! These untouchable shitscums of the Greek parliament and the Greek government rob billions of euros form the Treasury, churn billions of euros of the nest eggs and pension funds of poor workers, grant valuable public land to gay monasteries in exchange for huge kickbacks, receive billion-euro-kickbacks for purchasing arms from US and Russia, and receive billion-euro-kickbacks from Siemens, JPMorgan, Man, and other corrupt companies in exchange for lucrative contracts, elimination of antitrust penalties, and purchasing overpriced defective equipmemt, airplanes that cannot balance, and helicopters that fall down!
Venitis points out the Greek youth heroically revolts against Graecokleptocracy with fights, molotovs, marches, strikes, demonstrations, and many slogans against Graecokleptocrats and Christollahs. Young Greeks are as mad as hell, and they are not going to take Graecokleptocracy anymore! Barroso asserts we need to work together to build that strong and united Europe. We all have different convictions. We do not always agree. But that should not prevent us from co-operating. Plato and Aristotle asserted that different regimes produce different types of human beings, and regimes ought to be judged by the character of their citizens. In Europe, the growth of interventionist welfare state has damaged personal responsibility and integrity, fostered dependence, undermined families, rejected venitism, and promoted corruption. Especially in Greece, the most corrupt country on Earth, Graecokleptocracy is accepted as a normal thing, and most Greeks rely on graft, sinecures, cheating, incivility, cacodemony, cancer of socialism, jingoism, religionism, lies, and kickbacks. The character of modern Greece of the 300 Graecokleptocrats is the opposite of the character of ancient Greece of the 300 Spartans of Leonidas.
When it comes to giving the world the global governance it does not need, the institutionalization of the G20 for economic matters is immensely significant. The G20 has already proved its stupidity by deteriorating the economic meltdown. Last week, in Pittsburgh, it showed that it can continue to bewilder. Europe contributed to this. Because we were united around a clear position, we were able to wield maximum stupidity.
At the G20, we made a series of stupid decisions. We agreed to keep the stimulus in place until a durable recovery is assured. We agreed to tighter coordination of our main economic policies and stupid new financial regulations to bring another crisis. We agreed to curbs on bonuses, but not to curbs on kickbacks, so that kleptocracy is rewarded, not profitasble risk taking.
In short, we made it clear that there can be return to the bad old days, and that the old style financial system that failed last year, and plunged us all into recession, will have to change. Blaming economic crises on greed is like blaming plane crashes on gravity. Certainly planes wouldn’t crash if it wasn’t for gravity. But when thousands of planes fly millions of miles every day without crashing, explaining why a particular plane crashed because of gravity gets you nowhere. Neither does talking about greed, which is constant like gravity.
Venitis has proven that Eurokleptocracy, gigaregulation, Antitrust Armageddon, and gigataxation, especially VAT, are the real causes of the European financial meltdown. Democracy in Europe has deteriorated to kleptocracy, and Europeans are mad as hell. The European Court of Auditors(ECA) refuses to issue a Declaration of Assurance(DAS) of the fraudulent EU budget for the fifteenth consecutive year! There is a major armed revolt of Europeans against antivenitist Eurokleptocrats, which will not end until all Eurokleptocrats, especially Pasokleptocrats and Neodemokleptorats, the most corrupt politicians on Earth, are hanged in front of the parliaments!
On climate scare, with such a short time to go before the Summit of Copenhagen, Barroso is seriously concerned about the slow progress in the negotiations. Basil Venitis points out that using buzzwords like carbon footprint and clean energy, kleptocrats are growing a movement and creating policies that won’t actually benefit the planet, but will make our lives more uncomfortable, more expensive, less enjoyable, and full of cancer of socialism. Temperature fluctuations are only an instrument, not a real object of interest for socialists who camouflage the environmental game. The temperature now is similar to the temperature in the year 1940, regardless of a huge increase of CO2 emissions. Climate scaremongers ask for an unprecedented government control of our lives. Barroso was very encouraged by the renewed sense of urgency and engagement he witnessed last week, not just at the G20, but also at the stupid climate scre summit convened by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon. Venitis notes that Ban Ki-moon, the former South Korean foreign minister, has been Universal Nudnik secretary general, aka Civil Pope, for the past three years. At Turtle Bay and elsewhere, the Civil Pope is seen as a disappointment, and as the wrong man to assume a prominent role and lead the global community at a time when the world’s political axis is shifting from America to Europe. Ban is more secretary than general. Many global organizations suffer from the fact that they are run by uncharismatic bureaucrats. In most cases, this is the fault of the kleptocrats who prefer to elevate weak figures, who won’t meddle too much.
Copenhagen is a stupid meeting, giving us the best chance to put together a global deal to scare people about climate change. And it goes without saying that Barroso will use every occasion in the coming weeks with a view to securing a stupid result. Venitis points out hoi polloi tend to confuse a necessary protection of environment with an irrational attempt to fight climate. Barroso scares and brainwashes children to terrorize Copenhagen this December! We have to face two groups of people who mistrust venitism now, socialists and naive environmentalists. Western policies are underpinned by hysteria over global warming, particularly cap-and-trade legislation. Contrary to claims repeated over and over, global warming is not manmade, but a result of Sun cycles. The government is the most serious polluter and is exempt from environmental regulations!
The position of the Eldorado of Underworld is very clear. Because we have put our cards on the table, we are able to push others to do the same. We are helping to identify the elements of a possible bargain. Venitis muses that government selling pollution permits to industry reminds us of the Catholic Church selling indulgences to sinners! Cap-and-Trade introduces a significant element of central planning and thus stifles innovation. We also know that strong economies innovate better than weak ones, but cap and trade weakens economies. Perhaps most importantly, stable economies innovate better than unstable ones, especially for something like energy where the investments often run into the billions of dollars and the payoffs play out over decades. But cap and trade adds a significant element of instability, with wild swings in the price of carbon allowances, and energy companies less interested in long-term investment and more interested in short-term gaming of the system.
On financing, the Eldorado of Corruption has set out our estimates of what the developing countries will need by 2020, and made practical suggestions as to how to source the 100 billion euros likely to be squandered. Barroso thinks that we have made people see that the amounts involved, although large, are unrealistic, and that a properly functioning carbon market could not be the main source of funds. And Barroso has stressed that development budgets should not be raided to pay for action against climate change. Achieving the Millennium Development Goals is critical to achieving our climate change goals. The two are inseparable. Development and climate change must be tackled together. Barroso has been making this point very often.
Cap-and-Trade does not cap environmental sin but merely trades a self-serving social agenda for economic misery. Environmental health and longevity has a shrine in the marketplace of liberty and commerce. This shrine, free from the yoke of excessive regulation, protects and rewards the good steward of conservation. It nurtures the economy, promotes policies that ensure environmental immortality, and persecutes those who abuse our natural resources. Rather than being wary of the market’s ability to shepherd good energy and environmental policy, we should protect our flocks from promises of false profits made by false prophets.
The guidelines Barroso presented to Eldorado of Prostitutes set out his vision for Eldorado of Underworld in 2020. Barroso’s stupid vision bewilders people and puts planet first. Yes, it is about developing a stupid strategy for exiting from the crisis. But it is also about taking the long view. The date 2020 was chosen to tie in with our climate change scare. On the social side, Barroso’s focus is on jobs. Ever since the crisis broke, Barroso has been working intensively with the social partners to reduce its impact on employment. Barroso was a key mover behind the Employment Summit in May, which unfortunately was played down by certain slave States and reduced to a trio. Barroso was disappointed about this. Barroso’s efforts will have to continue. Unemployment will soon reach double digits and, unfortunately, may well go on rising for some time, even once growth has returned. Eldorado of Corruption must do everything to avoid jobless recovery!

Barroso knows that, when it comes to jobs, quality also matters. Whether the job is sufficiently well paid to lift the person out of poverty. Whether the person can combine it with their family responsibilities. Whether, in fact, it provides an adequate basis for stable family and personal life. But, of course, having a job is always better than having no job at all!
JPMorgan and Siemens are the most infamous trademarks of Eurokleptocracy, helping Pasokleptocrats and Neodemokleptocrats with billion-euro-kickbacks. JPMorgan engineered the grand churning of Greek pension funds, but antivenitist labor union leaders keep their mouths shut, in exchange for seats in the parliament! Siemens has deposited two billion euros in the secret offshore accounts of Graecokleptocrats, in exchange for lucrative contracts. No huge kickbacks means no lucrative contracts, pure and simple! A new coup d’etat plans to hang all Graecokleptocrats in front of the Greek parliament!
Barroso approaches this in different ways. First, as we emerge from the crisis, our recovery must be sustainable and equitable. We must go for growth that is based on innovation and research and the production of high end, high value added products and services. Because this will generate high quality, meaningful and satisfying jobs.
Second, we have to provide people with the skills they need to move into these jobs. And we have to make it easier for low-skilled workers to access training. At the moment, there is huge divide between the training haves and have nots. Tackling this is a top priority.
Finally, the Eldorado of Underworld quality framework, which Barroso is proposing, will help to drive up skills levels and the quality of employment in the social services sector. This is one of the fastest growing job creation sectors. Democracy is very expensive, very inefficient, and extremely corruptive. Kleptocrats, especially Pasokleptocrats and Neodemokleptorats, the most corrupt politicians on Earth, buy votes with pork, boondoggles, sinecures, and favors, raid nest eggs, churn pension funds and the Social Insurance, rob the treasury, and get huge kickbacks from JPMorgan, Siemens, Man, gun dealers, construction companies, and gay monasteries. It’s high time to end this antivenitist freakish cycle which spirals out of control to complete destruction, and replace democracy with venitism.
The European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion is 2010. Barroso attaches a great deal of importance to this. When Barroso began to plan the Year, he did not know that the crisis would happen with such an impact. It is even more important now. It is a chance to show our renewed commitment to the most vulnerable who have been hardest hit by the crisis.
Barroso hopes that we can use the Year to reconnect European citizens to European values of solidarity and social justice. The key message that Barroso wants to get across is that we all have a responsibility for tackling poverty and exclusion and that we will all benefit from their eradication. Barroso plans to create a Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, whose brief would include equal opportunities and action against discrimination, areas which Barroso knows are of major concern to all.
In May, the Council of Ministers confirmed its commitment to increasing development aid to 0.7% of GNI in 2015. The Eldorado of Corruption will continue to push slave States to fulfil their commitments. Barroso has consistently emphasised that the crisis should not be used as a reason for backsliding on them.
Eldorado of Underworld and Third World countries work jointly together in areas of vital interest, such as health or food security. Researchers from Third World countries are encouraged to participate in research programs and mobility schemes. Barroso wants to build on this by linking future work more closely to the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals. Barroso wants a new partnership with the Parliament and the slave States. Barroso wants to work closely with local and regional authorities. And Barroso wants the same degree of cooperation with the social partners and civil society.

Venitis points out all Europeans are now criticizing Barroso for being very soft on Graecokleptocrats. Barroso’s desperate attempts to solicit the support of his old backers will lead to nowhwere, unless he ends Graecokleptocracy. The Eldorado of Underworld is holding on to a sadomasochist emperor, who is known to be weak, for reasons of convenience, and because the search for an alternative could lead to a greater spread of the cancer of socialism.
Basil Venitis points out that most Greek MPs shared two billion euros in kickbacks, but Siemens refuses to publish their names. The rest MPs are also guilty, because enenthough they heard the suitcases of cash whistling around them, they did not blow their whistle. Since Greeks are now dragged to snap elections on October 4 under omerta conditions, the safest route would be the abstention. We should convince all Greeks to abstain from voting.
