αλλά ποιος είπε ότι δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε ένα ευχάριστο διάλειμμα, απολαμβάνοντας ένα γλυκάκι; Νηστίσιμο πάντα!

Αν και παραδοσιακά αυτές οι τηγανίτες είναι μεγάλες κουλούρες γεμισμένες με αμύγδαλα και καρύδια, για να απλουστεύσετε την παρασκευή τους μπορείτε να τις τυλίξετε σε πιο κοντά φύλλα ζύμης, να τις τυλίξετε και να τους δώσετε σχήμα μισοφέγγαρου.
Υλικά
Για το φύλλο
5 φλιτζάνια αλεύρι
1 φλιτζάνι χυμό πορτοκαλιού
½ φλιτζάνι ελαιόλαδο
½ κουτ. γλυκού σόδα
Για τη γέμιση
1½ φλιτζάνι αμύγδαλα ασπρισμένα και αλεσμένα
1 φλιτζάνι καρύδια αλεσμένα
1 κουτ. σούπας κανέλα
¼ φλιτζανιού σουσάμι καβουρδισμένο
½ φλιτζάνι ζάχαρη
Για το τηγάνισμα και το σερβίρισμα
ελαιόλαδο
μέλι
Διαδικασία
Για το φύλλο: Ανακατεύετε το αλεύρι με το λάδι. Διαλύετε τη σόδα στο χυμό του πορτοκαλιού και την προσθέτετε στο μίγμα του αλευριού. Ζυμώνετε μέχρι να φτιάξετε μια ελαστική ζύμη. Αν χρειάζεται, ρίχνετε λίγο χυμό πορτοκαλιού ακόμα.
Πλάθετε τη ζύμη σε μπάλα και την αφήνετε να ξεκουραστεί για 1 ώρα. Κατόπιν, τη χωρίζετε σε οκτώ κομμάτια και τα ανοίγετε σε λεπτά μακρόστενα φύλλα. Στο μεταξύ ανακατεύετε όλα τα υλικά της γέμισης. Τη μοιράζετε κατά μήκος των φύλλων. Διπλώνετε το κάθε φύλλο σε ρολό και σχηματίζετε κουλούρες. Φροντίζετε να κλείσουν καλά οι άκρες τους για να μην ξεφύγει η γέμιση.
Σε κατσαρόλα ή σε βαθύ τηγάνι βάζετε μπόλικο ελαιόλαδο να κάψει και τις τηγανίζετε μία μία και από τις δύο πλευρές μέχρι να ροδίσουν. Αφήνετε τις τηγανίτες να στραγγίζουν σε απορροφητικό χαρτί. Ύστερα τις τοποθετείτε σε πιατέλα και τις περιχύνετε με μέλι. Τις πασπαλίζετε με λίγη από τη γέμιση που περίσσεψε και τις σερβίρετε ζεστές.
Πλάθετε τη ζύμη σε μπάλα και την αφήνετε να ξεκουραστεί για 1 ώρα. Κατόπιν, τη χωρίζετε σε οκτώ κομμάτια και τα ανοίγετε σε λεπτά μακρόστενα φύλλα. Στο μεταξύ ανακατεύετε όλα τα υλικά της γέμισης. sprunki game
